Smoking is not permitted in any internal area of the hotel, smoking in your room will incur a cleaning penalty of £50 This includes E Cigarettes.

Absolutely, we cater to non-residents as well as those staying with us at the hotel
Superfast wi-fi is available for free to all residents of the hotel.
Children of all ages are welcome here at Kerenza Hotel. We can provide extra beds in our larger bedrooms. Please contact the hotel direct to check availability and prices.
We can only accept small dogs (under 20 pounds) by prior arrangement, we have a small number of rooms designated as pet-friendly in our hotel, these rooms will be deep-cleaned on departure. A fee of £15 per night per room applies, uncontrolled or dogs in season are not permitted. Owners should bring their own pet food and amenities, dogs may not be left in your room if you are leaving the hotel, dogs are not allowed to be showered or bathed in the hotel bathrooms. All owners are responsible for dog waste, dogs are allowed in the bar & lounge area where they can join you for evening meal and drinks (including breakfast). Dogs are not permitted in the Restaurant, we will provide a doggie blanket, water bowl & dog treats, dogs MUST be kept on a lead when in the public areas of the hotel.
